As part of New York City Opera’s Opera is Elementary program, over 2100 elementary school students will experience Don Pasquale. Supported by intensive teacher training, and in-school workshops, the Opera is Elementary program introduces children to the world of opera through a cycle of works that are age appropriate and engaging. City Opera is providing a rare opportunity for young students to experience opera in workshop, classroom and performance settings, making connections with their own lives and studies.
